this the Fire starter 2st evolution for my Decom region. it is based on Goliath, etrigan, imps and bats.fairy fist is a new Hidden Ability for the Decom region. :Fighting-type moves become Fairy-type moves. The power of those moves is boosted a little.
GoliaBats will hang on the edge of tall bildings and can be mistaken for gargoyles. they can often be seen carrying smaller pokemon on thier backs. they are unable to fly but they can glide for short distances between bildings with thier wings
