Wow, the shading is just from spot on. Also drawing hands is pretty difficult if you ask me so that's double awesome. My favourite is the one in the bottom right corner.

brilliant details in the skin, I always find knuckles a nightmair, any advice?

there's not too many knuckles here ... but don't overdo it. I just had a little look at your drawings, they are really good (the close to you one, for example...) But in this special picture the man's knuckles are to dark I think. Also take kare to "shade" and "form" them at the same time (especially the fingers). you see this in every single hand here - don't make the look to round, this is unrealistic. Just - basically - rather start out with a qudrat - not a circle (this is my advise, no guaranty it's the right way to do it...) ... well, and then soften the edges ... jep, basically shade following the form... sorry, I'm german so I don't know the technical terms ...

this one also took most of the time. And made my left hand hurt like hell ... holding this position for some time is really awful (even getting into this position is not to easy)
