It's miss spelled "runkkari" (more joke to my writing skill than others) and that finnish word means "someone who jerks off"
PS: runkkari is loanword, borrowed from sweden, like many others finnish words.

I like this! At first I thought it was an SMT: Persona homage (hand to head, with the grafitti being "blown" out of the side opposite the raised arm.
Turns out it's nothing like that, but far more original and impressive. This is very noir for all of the bright colours. There's something... dissipated and weary about the whole scene (in a good way) that says "the apocalypse came and went, ignore the pink, focus on the spiked hockey stick".
