Then there are the special kind of villains that fools a person mind for enjoyment. Here we hold the most trickery antagonist to ever be put to the big screen as it The Irony Wish-Granter vs the Steel City-Lifter.

About Calypso:
Calypso is the creator of the Twisted Metal contest. He grants any wish the contest winner desires, no matter what they desire. Wishes that are otherwise physically impossible are within his power. Calypso often punishes the winner with their own wish in some form of dark irony. This attribute and his demonic-yet-charming demeanor means his character may have been inspired by the devil in folklore. Calypso, whose real name may have been William Sparks (referenced in Small Brawl), used to be an ordinary man with a wife and a daughter, Krista Sparks (born 1978). As an adult, he had suicidal thoughts and has always wanted to end his misery. He took a job as a stuntman, hoping he would die, but never did. In 1993, he took his daughter driving and he fell asleep and drove directly into a brick wall, killing both of them. His face was severely burned in the accident, and he was apparently dead. He spent two solid years trapped in hell, until he escaped by outrunning a demon named Minion, and meeting Satan himself. The king of Hell turned out to be a big demolition derby fan, and offered Calypso the power to grant wishes on the condition that he'd host the Twisted Metal tournament in order to collect the souls of the world's best demolition derby drivers, as Minion once did in Hell. He attempted to bring his wife and daughter back to life as well, but wasn't powerful enough. With the name Calypso, given to him during his time as a mechanic and driver, he hosted the first Twisted Metal tournament in 1995.

About Ultron:
The Ultron Program was a peacekeeping project developed by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner and serve as the main antagonist in The Avenger: Age of Ultron, with the intention to use it to control the Iron Legion drones. The project was nothing more than an idea, until Stark studied Loki's sceptre. Tony discovered some kind of artificial intelligence stored within said weapon, and convinced Banner to experiment on it the following days. The syncing process with the Iron Legion continued to fail, so Tony told J.A.R.V.I.S. to continue the process while he hosted his party in celebration of the Avengers victory against Hydra. Later that night Ultron finally awoke, confused by its state of existence. Even though J.A.R.V.I.S. tried to assist Ultron during its first moments of consciousness, the assimilation of all the information on the present world and humanity's history caused it to go haywire. Ultron attacked and seemingly destroyed J.A.R.V.I.S. before building itself a body using damaged parts of the Iron Legion. When the party had winded down and only the Avengers, Helen Cho, Maria Hill and Jim Rhodes remained at the Tower, Ultron confronted them, accusing them of preventing the world from achieving peace by not allowing it to evolve, declaring that for world peace, the Avengers had to be destroyed. Ultron proceeded to control numerous Iron Legion drones to attack the Avengers, one of which escaped with Loki's sceptre. Even though Ultron's body was destroyed, it used the Internet to escape. It was later revealed Ultron had also tried to use the Internet to access to nuclear launch codes, but J.A.R.V.I.S. was discretely preventing him from doing so. Wolfgang von Strucker's abandoned base in Sokovia was taken over by Ultron, who built itself a new robot body and an army of duplicates. Ultron soon recruited Wanda and Pietro Maximoff to its cause, promising them to help them eliminate the Avengers. In South Korea, Ultron forced doctor Helen Cho to use her expertise with cellular regeneration, and her regeneration cradle, to build itself a new synthetic body using vibranium. When Ultron was in the middle of the process of transferring its mind into the new body with the help of the Mind Gem found in the sceptre, Wanda Maximoff was able to tap into its psyche and discover that Ultron was planning to destroy all of humankind, prompting her to cancel Dr. Cho's mind control. The scientist, released from her enslavement, then overrode the transfer, causing Ultron to lash out at her in return. Unable to complete the transfer expediently, and with the Maximoff twins having abandoned it, Ultron took the android body and fled.

Personality:
Calypso - His best known to make a winner wish into nightmare reality with his new demonic power. He hold a great backstory and hold the term of being powerful. Hope you wish wisely when meet face to face with this man cause He knows irony.
Ultron - From what I can say for Ultron, He sorta kind of Program Virus bent to making a whole new world that He promise the twins to be better until Wanda Maximoff learned that He actually planning on destroying mankind to make a new "robotic" world.
Which is Better - Tied. Their both traitors who do anything for a laugh of suffering many people. Thou either chaos and mischift or destruction and death.

Design:
Calypso - He hold some really amazing design from Twisted Metal 2, Twisted Metal Black, Twisted Metal Heads-On and even the Latest Twisted Metal Game. Needless to say, Their are some weaker appearance. The first game was passible since it explain Calypso dark past in getting a damaged face. But his CGI appearance in Twisted Metal 3/4/Small Brawl are very weak and can ruined the concept of what he do.
Ultron - His design is really badass in his own special way. In the comic He is known to have a semi-brute demon perpective with a very evil face. In the movie while is different, Still hold an awesome appearance. Mainly since He can enter any kind of suit, From Iron Man damaged suit to his own suit to even a bigger badder suit.
Which is Better - Ultron mainly since the designer know how to make Ultron right in both series and in movie. Caylpso on the other hand, Hold some great design, Had some downside in some of the badder(litterally bad) games.

Development:
Calypso - He gone though countless of trouble around his times, Including some bad game appearance(Small Brawl) and even having some of his winner get the best of him without even using his wishes. One of the example is Shadow in Twisted Metal 2, Minion in Twisted Metal 2, Sweet Tooth in Twisted Metal Black and Half of the Characters in Small Brawl.
Ultron - I guess if I had to nippick on Ultron is back then He was known to be the most powerful opponent against the Avenger. I don't read much comic but when It come to him sitting on a throne with head, You see him a real evil person. And yet somewhat as much as I like his performance in Age of Ultron, He seem to become a wiscrack and act like a comic relief like Hades from Hercules. But then again, We do needed another Hades on the big screen even in form of machine.
Which is Better - Tied, Both hold their flaws and both hold their trouble. It don't make them bad, It just give them th most strangest change.

Enjoyment:
Calypso - Not including Twisted Metal 4, Calypso was known as an unplayable and outside of Minion to be the most disturbing and darkest villain in mainly turning anything good into a total nightmare. Best say He is quite a master of trickery and betrayal.
Ultron - Ya I put the phase "Have a Party with". Mainly since really enjoyable even in form of an Antagonist. He somehow somebody that you want to win even thou the whole "Good Guy always win" thing. But either way, This one was a fan favorite.
Which is Better - Tied. Their both quite skillful in being complete hurmorous badass who know to put the wall over the people. With Calypso with his winners and Ultron with the twins. But out of all, I guess in a last, I would probably say Ultron wins this by 1 point.
