Nice! I think many of us share the same feeling.
I'm not a 3D artist, so I don't presume to know how difficult things are, but I'm really impressed by the level of realism in this. In particular, I love the plunger end-- the reflections and the texture really make it seem real. If I could offer a little criticism, it would be that it's almost too flawless-- everything is so nice and so clean that it reads as fake. Again, I don't know how difficult things like this are, but I think the next step toward realism-- presuming, of course, that that's the goal-- would be making it less pristine. Certainly not grungy, but perhaps adding a little noise and some imperfections here and there.
That said, I could also understand if the uncanny perfection of it was an artistic choice (or one of convenience). If your end goal was something more clean and minimalistic, for example, I see how this might be intentional.
All in all, however, it's a great piece. I love the careful modeling and the attention to detail-- that the background is recolored stone texture, for instance! Well done.
