Description

Hoverrod is an illegal, yet popular kind of car customization among street racing enthusiasts of the future. It consists of combining a regular car with an hovercar, keeping the rear parts of the chassis and adding a kinetic eterium engine on the front. The engine, normally supposed to power the entire car's hovering, is now divided into hovering the front end and powering the rear wheels torque, allowing insane accelerations.

It was immediately made illegal as cars and hovercars are classed as entirely different kind of vehicles, each requiring their own license. Hoverrods are also very unstable and can easily break down and cause accidents.
