This influent wasteland gang formed and named itself after finding equipment and recordings from the old world. These recordings revealed the existence of a vast organization often referred as the "fuzz" that would frequently use force and violence to keep the population docile and complient to their abusive demands. Their most unique trait was their reliance on non-lethal tachniques against their foes, often imprisoning and enslaving those who wouldn't comply rather than just killing them.
