This Fakemon evolved from Lepom with high friendship and at least ten haircuts.

When it is cold and dry, what do you do to keep yourself static electricity free?
This Fakemon attracted water vapour to form ice crystals on the tip of its fur.
It sublimates to form bubbles of ice (or ice with hollow pockets) from the tip of electricity heating and cooling the water simultaneously.
This creates a pseudo liquid crystal effect.
This makes the hair extremely shockproof, both physically and electrically.

Now more fashionable, this little one is a favorite pet.
It will still charge its electricity within itself and unleash a jolt with high voltage when extremely annoyed.
The competition is high among Angorabble.
It knows Aurora Beam, Bounce, Protect and Shock Wave at an early stage.
Its Signature move is called Neon Beam, a stronger version of Charge Beam, with medium possibility to increase the Special Attack of the user, as well as with lower possibility to either confuse the opponent or reduce the accuracy of the opponent.

How is lightning created in clouds? The collision of Powder Snow or ice crystals cause ionization then voltage difference between the cloud and an object on earth cause a bolt to leap unto the object.

Design inspired by Angora rabbits and old fur coats' material (highly electrostatic ones when rubbed, especially in cold dry conditions).
Also inspired by cooling jackets and cooling system for electronic and supercomputer systems (these machines spend all their working life in fully air-conditioned shelters, so cool...).
Also inspired by aurora (northern/southern lights) and neon lights.
Also inspired by clouds and hail.

Name consists of "Angora rabbit", "adorable" and "bubble" wrap. Also suggests "aurora".
