Description
Pandamic has a transformable Form, similar to Wishiwashi's School Form, but it is known as its Pandamonium Form.

Pandamic (Solo Form) --> Pandamic (Pandamonium Form)

When a Trainer has a team of at least 5 Level 9 Pandamic (remember that Pandamic that reach Level 10 will perform a Poison Type Explosion due to its signature Ability Outbreak), then Pandamic's will combine to form an ultimate form.

Its stats are greatly increased to a Level 50 Pokemon's or Fakemon's level and after the battle, the Pandamic will still be alive but cannot level up to Level 9, the experience will all go to the remaining member in the team instead.
