Ugh, this piece took me forever to finish. I still have to add some dialogue to this piece.

Also, tried out a new shading style! :'D

Background;
This takes place quite some time after the canon episodes, about a hundred years or so.
The filly is the young spawn of Twilight and Luna, named Twisted Cosmos. Lately the little filly had been feeling awful, and she is often rushed to the Canterlot hospital by her panicking mothers, who had seemed quite sad lately for some reason. Little does Cosmos know is that the reason she's been feeling sick is because she has high grade Astrocytoma, a brain tumor. The deadly thing has been eating away at her vision, and seizures have become quite common for her. Sadly, Equestria's medicine hasn't expanded enough to even begin to treat diseases such as cancer and such, and magic has been rendered useless against the growing tumor. Death was unavoidable. Here she's sitting with her 'Mammy' at about age 5 on a ledge that overviews some ravines and cliffs, wondering why in Equestria one of her parent's is crying. The doctors have given her an estimation of about a month or less left of life. Thus her parent's have made sure to take their firstborn to do something special every chance they can get. Even with all of Twilight's reassuring smiles, and little cheerful comments, Cosmos knows somethings wrong. Twilight's unintentionally letting her mood slip, as is Luna in the background. As both parent's let their tears slip free, Twisted Cosmos remains oblivious to her unavoidable fate.

There is so much more to this. It's really a huge AU I had planned out though. >.>
