This is just the update to my BotW picture. The Rito is my oc Riveldin and the other two are Zelda and Link. This is something that happens in one of my roleplays.

Before the events of BotW, Riveldin and two others, a Hylian and an adopted Sheikah were chosen by the three goddesses to protect what is known as the Sheikah Crystal. The Sheikah Crystal is an artifact that keeps all of the flames burning and the Ressurrection Shrine active. However, there is a dark force that is after the crystal and the three unlikely companions were chosen.

In the end, all three of these unknown heroes were killed along with the evil. Riveldin was the second hero killed. However, the crystal took him into its depths and acted as a Ressurrection Shrine, healing him and bringing him back to life. Link and Zelda both find him months after the events of BotW.

None of this is Canon. This is all from the minds of a small group of friends that decided to have a roleplay using our OC's. Yes it is a bit darker then the actual game, but isn't that how things usually go? 😉
