This picture is based on a real life apple-picking moment with my own kid back when Gabriel was little. The adults didn't notice until the end that as we picked every apple was sampled!

This was my entry for the Pokemon TCG Illustration Contest this year! I had a lot of fun painting it. I drew Pokemon a lot as a kid and it brings me back.

The semifinalists were announced and my entry was not on the list, congratulations to everyone who made it though and WOW what a showing! There were so many amazing entries. I look forward to trying again next year!
