No matter how much time you've spent living with a woman, there are things about her life you'll not fully understand.
Jenn had always taken great care of her appearance and, after she and Greg had swapped bodies that fateful night in February, she was adamant Greg should keep her body looking good until they could find a way to switch back.
Greg was just about resigned to the regular workouts and whatever probiotic superfood healthshakes Jenn put in front of him in place of steak or bagels, but he'd never fully appreciated how complicated hair and makeup could actually be.
He'd just experienced a two hour masterclass on lashes and contouring from an immaculately groomed Jenn, who looked better in his body than Greg felt he ever had done. There was something very distracting about that, which Greg was trying hard not to think about.
As he surveyed the dressing table full of bottles and trays he'd hitherto paid almost no attention to, he wondered if he could remember even a quarter of what Jenn had told him. Worst of all, she was going to expect him to do this solo tomorrow, and not leave the house in her body with a face that looked like a startled clown.
Greg would certainly appreciate the effort it took for Jenn to look good all the time when he was Greg again... IF he ever got to be Greg again.
