Thought it's not real, it makes you look just as you would a to a large landscape full of bright colours. And you accomplish this using darker tones xD
The detail on the clothing came out great as well o:
Thought where the lighting hits, has a very nice effect, making the rain noticible, i believe you neglected the rest, making it look dry on most places o: But that's what my eye catches d:
