(Uploaded in kind of a grungy state, just so I don't end up forgetting about it.)Yes, it's #94, Gengar! I mostly remember the number because of a contest in Nintendo Power years, and years ago. I knew the answer, but never submitted an entry. Meh, I had Pokemon blue anyways.
Kind of freaky, but not nearly as much as the Kiwi. < <;;
It was originally going to be something else, believe it or not, but then somehow I ended up turning it into a Gengar. I think it was for the best myself. The guy...? I'm not sure what he thinks, actually.
