Nyancat theme.

It might not work on all (read: most) systems. In the event that it does not work, I suggest you open up the archive and fix it. It's not complicated in there. The only real trick is that you have to go ctrl+h (shows hidden files) in your /home folder so that you can get rid of the "nyan" theme in the themes folder your system will create in there (if you don't it won't let you reinstall the theme to see if whatever you changed works or not).
