Personalilty: Rushing is generally shy when he meets new ponies, a trait her got from his water pouring mother. Given the fact that he can't speak, he has trouble relating to others. He can't even open his mouth for very long or he risks flooding whatever room he is in. He communicates via sign language and is actually very good at his job as a weather pegasus. He is in charge of putting water in the clouds, which is easy given his species. His best friend is his overprotective older sister, Waterfall Gem. He also has managed to make friends with a number of faceless ponies given that they can also not speak.
