Not looking so bad ass and mega... she got tired of looking too grumpy and had a make over
Hope you guys like her. Again done in the app layer paint on my phone

You did a great job, turning a badass Pokemon into a cute huggable creature! :3
First of all the color pallet is really soft and cute, I really like it. The bubble effect is quite common but effective enough for the background.
Both pose and expression look adorable and the fluff is a nice little detail.
Now I can said that the eyes can look even more alive if you add more shadow and light to them. The composition is nice, but kind of looks a bit flat, don't be afraid of using more shadows and lighting... then the Impact will be much more powerful.
You draw a female Mewtwo, eventhrough the Japanese voice is clearly a female not many draw Mewtwo as a girl, which makes your drawing much more original than many.
(You now that this could also work with a feminine male Mewtwo, right?)
