Descriptions:
The LED is a special force, the tactical version has a high technology bulletproof red face visor spawned on the headset, just as the same way as TDTs do. While the TDT's operations are mainly territory warfares, the LED's operations mostly take place in civilized areas than natural areas, taking out triads and terrorists to maintain peace inside the territory. As they consider aggressive civilians against the country as "mobs" too, they often attack civilians.

Backstory:
After the division, some places of
Technonia had violent affairs, but the TDT couldn't help stopping that as they were busy out to invade territories. So this is why LED had emerged, became much peaceful than ever before. After taking control of the civilians, the founder of LED had founded Law Enforcing Patrol Agents(like cops with only batons) to patrol and take part of the inner security of the community.

Well, this one has far better quality than TDT picture.
