Description
Here is a new drawing of the Phonoi, which is inspired by the Alicorn. The Phonoi was a large nuclear submarine design and built by the former secret government ghost hunting organization the Guys in White, with funding from the US government and Vlad Masters before his exile, and it's the only known member of the Phonoi class of submersible aviation cruisers. The Phonoi carried numerous weapons designed for mass destruction, in the event of a massive ghost invasion of attack including a massive railgun that could fire shells equipped with nuclear warheads. The Phonoi also featured a runway and landing strip to support squadrons of GIW fighter aircraft as well as launch ports that launches UAVs. The Phonoi was captained by Matias Hamilton, a former and radical operative of the Guys in White, formerly known as Operative Z, who was well known in the GIW's naval operations and was the mastermind of the plan to destroy the Ghost Zone (Event of the episode Livin' Large). Hamilton wished to use the Phonoi to get revenge on Team Phantom and the Phantom Twins, mainly Danny, by killing millions of civilians, including Team Phantom, as well as the ghosts in Amity Park in order to horrify both sides into ending the ghost attacks on Earth, which he believed would take ten million lives or more. The Phonoi's name is taken from the Phonoi in Greek mythology, which were male personifications of murder. The Phonoi's design is also heavily inspired by the Alicorn from the video game Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and the story line involving the Phonoi and Hamilton will be heavily inspired by the Alicorn story line from the DLC missions in Ace Combat 7.
