Here's Roy Mitchell in the Danny Phantom/Butch Hartman style. He is a character in the Strangereal-ID4 series.*Mobius 3 in Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies speaks but doesn't have a name in the game.*
Fred Parker was a pilot who served in the coalition known as the Independent State Allied Forces at the Usean Continent, serving in Viper Squadron as Viper 7 before becoming a part of the newly reformed Mobius Squadron as Mobius 3. Not much is known about him, other than the fact that he is a good friend to Brian Fenton (Mobius 1) during the Second Usean Continental War and flew alongside with him during the whole conflict. Immediately before the end of the conflict, in the final mission, the newly reformed Mobius Squadron was certainly not comprised of elite pilots, with the exception of Brian Fenton. There was quite an unbalance of skills and remaining radio messages indicate that the enemy was aware of this situation to some degree. Roy Mitchell served as a mentor to the less experienced and supported the mental state of the squadron alongside Brian Fenton. He also played a key role in defeating the alien forces during the War of 2016. His signature aircraft was the EF-2000 Typhoon during the Second Usean Continental War before receiving his Mobius Squadron F-22A Raptor.
