Nope, all photoshop. I started with the Background, which is just a image of some gundam motion blured into lines.. then i use dthe polygonaly lasso to create the shaps, i did some gradents in those, and worked with perspective, then i Duplicated the layer and Applied a wave then set the layer to overlay for the bright effect, from there i did some brushing, which was the bulk of the piece
