This tutorial is not really finished, but as I havent worked on it for months, I feel it is best I release it anyways. I might finish it.... sometime.Hope it helps you!

I think, by the look of it, 12fps?
if not then just double frame it and use 24fps

Most people use either 12-24 fps.
my friend goes up to 30 fps...

nice man! I am definitely putting this in bookmarks, this will come in handy! Good luck on finishing this fully, as I bet you could make a lot of newgrounds stick animators a LOT better if they see this.
