Description
More Overture Center for the Arts! YAY!I borrowed a circular polarizer for my widest lens and went back to the structure today, as it was sunny and I knew I could get so much more out of it. The resulting exterior and interior shots didn't let me down
This shot is exactly the same as Overture Center 01 and Overture Center 01 REDUX, save the polarizer and different weather. It looks so much different it's not even funny. I have four or five shots of this same building that are very different. It's exemplifies how vastly perspective impacts the appearance of an image.
I cannot choose between the color and black & white version here. The blue tones are so violently brilliant, but the contrast of the monochrome still speaks to me. You be the judge.
Tech Specs:
Canon EOS 20D + grip
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM with a Cokin circular polarizer
RAW processed in PS CS
