My daughter participated in a Native American Summer festival "Sweat".She was in there all day and made it through 4 cycles.
I took this photograph of her right after she finished.
This is what she said she felt like after.
This is dedicated to her....
The sweat lodge is a ceremonial sauna and an important ritual used by North American First Nations or Native American peoples.
