Small update to Short Stock's design. I didn't like how his little back fins looked so I made his fins built into his body. He'll be making his fanfic debut soon (I say soon but like in 6 months, I have to finish the fic before I write the chapter he's in) so I needed some art to show people what my little boy looks like.
