Description
After weeks of planning, wimping out, and various other shenanigans, Lotte felt that she was finally ready to tell Akko about her feelings. Too bad Diana caught wind of her plans, and was ready to do ANYTHING to make sure that SHE would be the one to date Akko. Ofcourse, she wouldn't make the classic movie villain mistake of exiting the room while her victim met her demise. She was gonna watch, just to make sure that Lotte couldn't find some spell to undo the "Shrink into nothing" curse.

This is really just a dump of some old art that I didn't think would be good enough to post. I just polished some things up and shipped it out. Wasn't really happy with the composition and balance of this one, but whatever. I also wanted to test a Way I could add a "Stepping" effect. It worked oaky but I think I can use a better method.
