9R-4Y (2.0) is a concept blueprint for a prototype of a Mecha-Sonic model that Dr. Eggman's facilities have yet to approve and put into production.

The design is sleek and cost-efficient so the model may be mass produced without major financial losses.

Optics (Night-vision, UV-vision, Heat-seeking vision; vision radius: 45km straightforward)
Buzzsaw (Saw includes 32 pre-sharpened blades; blades revolve at 85mph top-speed)
Repulsors (Military-grade heat-based laser weapons; fires both energy-based and nuclear-based projectiles)
Boot-Jets (Fuel-based; approx. 8270mL required, can reach approx. 50km (31mi) high)
Wheels (All-terrain, puncture-proof tires; 348mph top-speed)
