I love the Fatal Frame series. FF2 is probably my favorite out of all the three games so far. Mayu is a creepy stalker, but I like these two nonetheless (ZOMG TWINCEST!).The writing on the right roughly means: "We promised to be together forever." At least I hope so. I suck at kanjis. I searched the web for Japanese fonts for over an hour but just couldn't find anything interesting. This one's pretty ok, but it lacks a 'tsu', so I had to use another font for that single character -.-
If anyone knows where to download fancy Japanese fonts (for free!), please tell me.

EDIT: I changed the font so that all the characters match now. Doesn't look as cool as the one I used before, but at least all characters look the same now.

and uhm... if you are the computer admin you can download japanese so that your computer can type it... it's an update, free
if you go to your language and regional options i think it should let you download it... ^^' i dunno imma leave you alone nowz

I tried installing such an update, but it doesn't work for me. My internet browser and text editing programs can display kana just fine, but if I want to write them myself I have to use some tricks to convert romanji to kana ^^" I've been told the update for Japanese writing is included on the Windows CD, but I don't have mine anymore ._." My PC is too old. And downloading something from the internet hasn't worked for me either so far. *sigh*
