Description
This is another scrap from my large "Fairy" scene which I've been working on. I've got some details on this, but I didnt go overboard since the bird will most likely be shrunken down to about the size of it's current foot... I plan on doing a handful of other birds and mammals with a exotic look in addition to this. This one was mainly based off of a Kingfisher - though I plan on skewing off into non-existant animals for the rest of the project.

I'm mainly shooting for a bright, exotic look with the birds in this picture - hopefully I'm pulling it off.

By the way, the background is just a placeholder so that you can see it's chest.
Made with Photoshop 8 CS, not sure how long it took - though not long.
