This reminds me very much of my own character's backstory, seeing as how her real name is practically lost to her for most of her life. And it would indeed be in the deepest, darkest depths of her own mind that she would retrieve it, when all truly is right once again.
(Now for things about the actual art piece.)
The bubbles combined delicately with the flowing of the model's dress and hair, and the gentle strength of the model herself are simply breathtaking in the underwater root setting. The lighting and slight blur add a magical form of realism to it, and as a whole this image is stunning.
