I love all of the delicate filigree patterns used throughout, especially on her skirt panels (I want a skirt like that!). Her one hand (or lack thereof, it is concealed by perhaps a black glove and ribbons) though looks rather awkward where it meets the floor, but on the whole it's a really lovely piece!

The actual skirt is an entire dress! The designer is very skilled!
The colouring of the hand (or two fingers you can see) was a bit rushed - obscuring the hand is mink tassels and ribbons and the fingers go out the opposite side of the tasseled bits... they kinda blend in with the blue in the background!
