Voss Calico is a manipulative piece of scum spearheading a multi-planetary drug ring. A good majority of his operation involves the distribution of illegal hallucinative spice from a highly psychedelic flower.
He is wanted for interrogation for the location of each hideout across the galaxy.
While he's not the most burly of fellas. Voss is known to be a skilled escape artist, and is almost always surrounded by multiple members of his operation. Most being armed with either assault rifles or switchblades. Voss Calico isn't the brightest tool in the shed but what he lacks in intelligence he makes up with street smarts and charisma.
He can easily be tricked into meeting up with any potential buyer. Be wary, he is always on alert/paranoid and in any given chance will bolt if he feels threatened.
Reward will be dropped if he is brought back dead.
