Description Request from forestforghosts : a Dimetrodon.
Here's one raising up on its front legs and getting all miffed at something offscreen.
Head and throat inspired by John Conway's own Dimetrodon.

A frightening display of color! Reminds me a bit of a gila monster.

I read below about a weakness of synapsids, but I must say I don't agree at all. This is one of the best Dimetrodon-reconstructions I have ever seen, in which I actually like how reptilian it is, but you still managed to retain some obviously mammalian traits. Congratulations, because I wish I could draw synapsids like you.

I was going to comment about its reptile-ness, but Gojira's comment reminded me about your synapsid weakness.

Stygi, you seem to have improved a lot on synapsids.

Well, at least basal synapsids. I'm sure you and you're mammal-drawing skills as horrible as ever.

But anyways, I do love that colour scheme.

Looks too flat! Can you add shadows and highlights?
