editing CCV's Haku and putting it for DL is against the rules.

Actually... CCV/COA models are 100% Tda edited parts (except the back ribbon, it's from an another model),CCV/COA rules are useless, since Tda edits it's stay under Tda rules, no matter how big the edit is

Wait a minute, what you said is right but having permission from TDA to edit his models, you are therefore allowed to create your own rules, if CCV/COA have used their parts and edited them, this doesn't mean that you should use them without compliance with the CCV/COA rules.
TDA can also do what he wants, because obviously they are always his models, but not you, so it's always forbidden to use parts of CCV/COA and then redistribute them.
It's as if you had edited a model TDA (as many do) put rightly your rules over those TDA, and then? I can do what whatever I want ignoring them, at this point.. you're saying this, anyway any modification made on a TDA model, the added rules must be respected, the base of Haku can not be put in DL.

Are you sure? How can you say if the rules of CCV/COA are false or not, she/he has simply made an additional modification with the TDA models and added its rules.
TDA is under Copyright, okay, the fact remains that his works are editable and distributable, so anyone could add their own rules on their edits.
If we all had the choice to follow the rules or not, you don't know how much mess there would be in the MMDC.

I'll certainly try! I've got a few model ideas since I want to give some UTAUloids more love and have been aiming to make some anime models in MMD... And the textures you used on the bases are so soft and gorgeous, how can I resist using them??

Oh, and don't worry, a common bug I found whilst working with various tda bases is with rotation bones, but your bases don't have that problem!
I put them through a few tests to get an idea of how well their rigging is, and they're very well made! So don't sweat it
