A commonly accepted definition of child-porn is "an image of a child depicted in a sexual act, or posed in such a was as to evoke an elicit physical response".
So, if you consider a warmed-heart or a chuckle to be an elicit response, then by all means call it porn.
But if you do, then you should also pick up any edition of "Parenting" or "Newborn" magazines and report their images, because I've seen alot more baby-butt combined with fully exposed mom-breasts there than I've EVER seen in styush's images.
