Name: Hyousuke Noritaka

Hyousuke Noritaka was a detective who was invited by his sister Akane a police woman to join the Kira Task Force.

As a detective, Hyousuke had better deductive skills than the other Task Force members. He was also very cautious.

Since Hyousuke was a detective he believed in L. When L suspected Light for being Kira he believed him. So after L died, he was the only one who still suspected Light of being kira. Hyousuke reminded the Task Force that L said that if he dies then Light is Kira. They argued that it was the shinigami that killed L. Plus there was that 13 day rule that already proved him and Misa's innocence. Hyousuke pinted out that the rule could be fake and was made up to make him look innocent. The rule was to specific and it was really odd that L died before he was able to test the rule thus closing the case. He also stated that the shinigami probably had a reason for killing L and it probably had something to do with Light. The Task Force denied it, but Hyousuke said to keep all that in mind.

After Near appeared in the picture and Aizawa started to suspect Light, Hysousuke went along with him.
