Description
After I'd seen Prince of Persia for the first time, I knew that I just had to draw Jake Gyllenhaal, because... well... you have to admit that he looks pretty damn sexy in that movie!I want to dedicate this drawing to my friend =Cataclysm-X , who was just as excited for me to finish this portrait as I was.

I love Jake Gyllenhaal since I saw Donnie Darko. I haven't seen this movie yet, but after your drawing... I knew what I have to do!
Incredible! It seems like we can touch him...

This is WOW! Excellently done. I watched the movie too and liked it so much, well, actually I always like adventure movies like from adventure books by older writers about pirates, ancient lands, etc. And my biggest fav goes to ornaments and the knife, which really does make it look like a photo. So much detail. You should get a separate fav for patience too But I can give only one

Nee gewoon omdat ik bij jouw DeviantID uitkwam via iemand die mijn vrienden daar kennen in Tervuren. En omdat jij ook Nederlands was dacht ik dat jullie elkaar daar kenden

This is absolutely faultless, the face could easily be a black and white photograph! I'm running out of words to describe your work! I really admire the attention you pay to detail, what size squares do you use in your grid?
Keep up the good work.

Thank you!
I didn't use a grid with this one; it's all free-handed. The only time I ever used a grid was on this drawing, which was simply too big to draw without reference points.

I saw the other drawing and read that you used a grid and just assumed that you did on all of them...wow, that makes the piece even more amazing. Really well done!

This has to be the most outstanding portrait of him in character. And... you coincidentally uploaded this drawing on my birthday. Your efforts and skills demonstrated here are unrivalled. Mesmerising details.
