I did this piece as a commission for my co-workers' girlfriend. They are supposed to be animal associations of themselves... Jake as the dragon, Lana as the "minx" (which was described to me as being a cat/ferret-like animal with fairy wings... don't worry, I don't get it either... ). It's not the best thing I've ever done... there's a lot I'd change if I were still working on it, but she was in from out of town and I wanted to get it to them before she had to leave. They both loved it, so I figured I could post it as tribute to them.

Acrylics, metalic acrylic ink, and Staedtler pigment liners on wood.
