...okay, maybe a little bit of context

for those who don't know, in the Kirby series, there's a place (in Amazing Mirror, and technically Triple Deluxe) called Mirror World, which is basically what it sounds like
in my version of the place, though, it doesn't necessarily mimic all of the events on Pop Star down to the dot (and Pop Star being the only place in Mirror World)
rather, it creates events meant to make sure that its inhabitants have personalities vastly different from their counterparts, half the time without any real relation to what's actually going on in Dreamland
so you tend to get events that likely would have never happened otherwise

this is Shadow Galacta/Black "Lico"rice and Mirror Marx/"Hallow"een
and it probably seems really sappy since i don't want to fully explain myself here, but this is a picture that takes place soon after Lico first adopts Hallow (which leads to Hallow being nice and innocent, contrasting Marx being a dishnit. sadly, no affect on Lico's own horrible, horrible personality)

wings and arm aside, i'm really proud of how this came out, though it's a tid old now, so i wanted to show it off /////; even if you can't tell who they are without colors
