Sunset on Stradbroke Island, Australia.The weather had been miserable all day and as sunset approached, it didn't look like the camera would make it to the beach. Luckily everything cleared up, making for an amazing sunset. Another one of those days where I feel privileged to live in such a beautiful part of the world.
Image consists of 8 portrait shots merged. Out of camera shot looked so unreal in colour that the saturation has been dialled back.

This sunset kicks so much ass! Those wonderful colors and rich textures, even the dark black streak of treeline makes the shot even more striking opposite the oceans reflection. Well done Succinctlyverbose!
