Every June, the NWR holds a special Pride Parade along the Mainline, draping the Wild'Nor'Wester in flags for it's population.Here, we can see NWR 22 "Rebecca" leading the train, draped in flags herself.
(lesbian Rebecca is canon to my HC, bite me if you have a problem with that idea)
