It didn't take long for the team to find the Pokémon responsible for Rubens surprise make over. After a long chase scene, Rubens team managed to corner the Pokémon. In a bid to save themselves the Smeargle decided to cut a deal with them. Instead of fighting they would take part in a art contest.
While Rubens team accepted the deal, they never stopped to think that maybe their opponent wasn't planning on playing fair.
