This magical living hat has the strange power to enhance the intelligence of anyone who wears the cap while also doubling with helping them fresh up with its magic. However, the hat feeds off of a person’s morality and secretly and slowly takes over the wearer’s mind until the brim covers the wearer’s head. By itself, Hexasis can float around as if he was levitating and even shoot magic balls and magic hands that sprout from its bottom for combat. It can also take in an individual’s negative traits and turns the into a replica of the person that inhabit those bad traits with the denial of the original that the copy is really them being the trigger for them to morph into their monster forms which can be controlled by the hat through telepathic links.

It lays dormat within the Shroom Ruins, waiting for the perfect victim to encapsulate and manipulate them as well. The hat overall wants to reshape all live on earth to how he sees fit and use the method of divide and conquer to control the population without anyone suspecting a thing. It’s not wonder why Captain Toad wanted to avoid going to the ruins ever though the voice inside it goated him into doing it.
