The first of my oc's that i actually was like "This guy's gonna have a name and a personality!!" XD haha all the rest of my Oc's would get drawn once, never be named, and then i guess die XDLiam started out on the Sims and i liked him alot so i sorta changed him up and yeah C: this is how he ended up :3
i really screwed up on the measuring scale... >^< he's either floating like a foot off the ground or... or.. idk OTL he's floating. :I

Hometown: He lives in an apartment in NY. However he wishes he was in the country. (doesnt care for crowed places)

Habits: Tends to turn into a chibi when mad (much like Ed of FMA) and doesn't like the feeling of stuff on his feet, so he's usually seen bare foot or with flip-flops. He loves winter but yet hates it cause he has to wear shoes outside.
Personality: He's very shy at first but gets more talkative the more he gets to know people. He tends to keep his thought to himself, but when he does say something he thinks everyone will think he's dumb or stupid. However his best friend Luna gets him talking
(She likes to pull jokes on him alot and thats how) Since he has a very feminine body, he's very weak (has trouble opening pickle jars hahah 
) and he's also very gullible.History: When he was only 3 a burglar broke into his house and killed his American father. After this traumatizing incident, his super protective mother, Ayame wanted to get away from all the bad memories so they moved to the US, where they have lived since. After moving to America is when Liam meets she good friend, Luna.
Likes: Orange soda pop, Goldfish (the cracker), Sheep, Family, Friends, RPG games, Winter, Peanut butter!
Dislikes: Shoes, Thunder storms, creepy crawlies (more so from disgust than fear), Eggplant (gets teased cause his hair looks like eggplant, but he also hates the food), most candies.

i really dont care which state he lives in^^ what ever you like, i'll go along with
i dont know about you, but i was thinking about having my part of the story (when the first meet) go by Liam point of view. for example his eye level and his thoughts. then you can do your part by Luna's perspective. then after that it'll just be random happening C: i can't wait >3<
oh and could you either tell me all the colors Luna wears and stuff or color her or something..?

Okiedoke. So, Liam’s 4 and Luna will already be a ghost and look 13 when they meet. Got it. ^_^ Heheh… And since she’s basically like a kid, Liam shouldn’t feel too odd about it (plus, 4-year-olds don’t really consider age when they make friends). It’d be sweet.
Hmm… *ponders* Well… I don’t think we have to put a date on it exactly, but I don’t see the story taking place in a past setting. So, yeah… I guess.
Alrighty. I’ll do some research and we’ll figure it out later. There might be country in Arizona along with the deserts.

I mentioned a few replies back what colors Luna dresses in – a yellow shirt that used to be her mother’s and light blue knee-length jean shorts with a pair of brown workman’s boots… But I’ve almost finished coloring her in, so I’ll probably scan and post the picture tomorrow.

2 questions. 1- does Luna float at all and is she see through at all? and 2- if those answers are no, then is Liam not going to be able to tell that she's a ghost at first glance? because i would like it better if he could tell so he would get scared when he saw her xD
i finished the sketch- [link] (i know we said about doing it in the vertical comic style.. but so much was going on, that i changed it into a normal manga comic ((but its read right to left)).. 
also since Liam is chasing after a firefly, i made it evening/night time.

Yes, Luna floats. I listed her abilities as a ghost in the "Other/Other Facts" section of her bio: [link] She looks a little faded. Not exactly see-through... but her colors aren't as sharp as a human's would be. Does that make sense? Liam will be able to tell that Luna is a ghost at first glance (if you read the "Background/History" section of her profile, you'll read the little story about her meeting Liam there, which explains a few things about the encounter from her perspective), so she'd be floating and just as surprised (and of course curious) that someone can actually see and hear her when she approaches them. By that point, she's new to human interaction, so yeah... her ghostly traits would be noticeable because she never had to control them before (it didn't really matter, since no one else took notice of her until Liam).
Aw, I read through the sketch. That's perfect! Heheh... It's completely like her. XD Poor Liam. And I definitely like the style of the comic. I was thinking about it and I think it would be much easier to do it the way you did for at least the meeting and reunion, since those are the introductory ones and there's quite a bit of information to stuff into them.

Well, in the beginning, we'll say yes she does. She actually prefers to float because it's easier than walking. XD Heheh... She'll occasionally walk when she feels like dancing in rain puddles (getting her feet wet) or just running around like she used to.

I started writing a bit of an outline for how it’s going to happen. But with the idea I had, I think I should wait until you’re done before I finish it off. I know how it’s going to happen, but I thought I could have Luna bring up some of the old dialogue… as a way of tying the two together. It sounds like a pretty strange idea, but it’ll come across much better when I actually draw it up. Promise. Heheh… ^_^

Awesome. *nods* Also... what kind of flowers were in the field? Any particular type? I was going to have Luna drop a flower on a table for Liam to find when they reunite again... Because it's Luna, instead of just coming right out and talking to him, she's playing little tricks on him (referencing the time they met so as to make Liam figure out that she's back before she reveals herself - she hides at first and kind of spies on him a bit) because she really loves doing that... especially when he gets freaked out.
Hm. *ponders* I was thinking about that actually... How does Liam react after he sees her and freaks out that she's a ghost? Does he start crying or something? Because I was thinking Luna would probably be both curious and concerned about his reaction. Since she likes making people smile, she'd probably offer him a flower to show him that she doesn't want to hurt him (she might tell him that she likes flowers and thought it might cheer him up). Then, after she finds out that he wandered off from his mom and she volunteers to help him find her, maybe she starts doing little things to make him laugh... like catch a firefly and bring it to him or something. Small things.

i was going to have Liam take a few steps back against a tree then slowly slide down the tree while his legs go limp. (he'll also get small tears from being scared). i like your idea about Luna giving him a flower to calm him down and show she's friendly

i was thinking, maybe this isn't like luna and thats why im checking, when luna first sees liam crying some could she start crying also (but only with the intent to make liam smile of course)? Liam would immediately stop and ask why she's crying and she'll say something like "cause you were", and then liam would start laughing.

Heheh... Hey, I was thinking that for the reunion, one of the things she'd do to spook Liam is disguise herself as a stereotypical horror movie ghost and freak him out... Then, when he's cornered, she'd just reveal herself to him and giggle hysterically at the horrified expression on his face. ^_^' Then, Liam would be both surprised and a bit frustrated that Luna's back and pulling such a cruel joke on him. As I said, Luna has a funny sense of humor.
