that happened to me once! D: its wouldn't let me edit journal either DX and it lasted 1 or 2 days straight! and then all of a sudden it worked again fine--- D:

try accessing your journal another way.. like if someone else has a link to it.. try that.
or maybe logging out and back in might work..
