I felt that Hugh Neutron himself is kind of similar to the beloved British cartoon character Postman Pat (more ). In fact, the model of Postman Pat in his own (awful) movie is almost similar to Hugh.So, using Procreate, I traced over a freeze frame of Pat and then added the details of Hugh Neutron, remembering the correct proportions. Happy 20th anniversary to the Jimmy Neutron series.
In summary, this is a digitally colored rough sketch of Hugh Neutron in the style of Postman Pat.
