It features the the aunt of Little Jim-Bob Big Foot, Bessie.
At the time, I had not created Little Jim-Bob Big Foot.
He, of course, came out in Sugar Ray Finhead #5 back in 1994.
This cover was colored with Dr. Martin Dyes.
