Uh, yeah, new fuchsia. His names Vasken Fidens, his blood is a dark shade of fuchsia, but he pretends to be a normal shade. He doesn't like his blood colour and goes through great lengths to hide it, and will even deny that he's a mutant if called one. Tends to kill those that do see his true blood colour.
He's pretty hemo loyal, looks down on landwellers, treats lowbloods like trash, kills mutants, and treats other highbloods pretty well depending on where they stand on the spectrum. Seadwellers getting the most repsect from him so long as they respect him back.
Cannibal, only eats landwellers, and kills them by dragging them into the water and drowning them. Not picky about blood colour.
His hive is a sunken pirate ship he's fixed up to be air tight and livable.
His lusus is a dragon kraken thing.
