Description Closer to home and one of 2000AD's finest - Psi Judge Cassandra Anderson of the Mega City One Justice Department. She sometimes hangs around with a grumpy guy called Dredd. Thanks to Lady-Distracto for the suggestion. I based this one on a piece of art by the great Brian Bolland who is probably best known for his iconic Joker art in Batman: The Killing Joke.
